Lead and mentor a team of SAP Convergent Charging Developers.Design and implement complex SAP CC/CM solutions, considering scalability and performance requirements.Develop and maintain technical standards and best practices for SAP CC/CM development.Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to design end-to-end solutions.Provide technical leadership and guidance in SAP CC/CM-related projects.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.Assist in the evaluation and selection of SAP CC/CM-related technologies and tools.Continuously improve development processes and practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Extensive experience as an SAP Convergent Charging Developer, including leadership roles.Strong expertise in SAP CC/CM configuration, development, and integration.Proven experience in designing and implementing complex SAP CC/CM solutions.In-depth knowledge of SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) solutions.Proficiency in Java programming.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.SAP certification in Convergent Charging is highly desirable.Additional Requirements:Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
